User Role: PAN Encoder, HR Admin, Roles with Pay Group Restrictions
This is directly related to a bug fix released last September 12 (DEV-31601).
This fix resolves the access control issue of PAN encoders when viewing PAN transactions - an incorrect table was being called to display on the screen due to the pay group mapping of the access control list.
