This fix resolves the access control of PAN encoders when viewing PAN transactions - restricting the view to their designated employee grouping.
Before the fix: PAN encoders, regardless of their own paygroups, can see all PAN transactions encoded and approved including those for the same paygroup as theirs.
Before Release: MCDC.W1.PAN Encoder can view employee with S1 payfreq
After release: Searched employee in PAN Transaction is reflected based on assigned payfreq only
Now, PAN encoders are restricted and can only view all PAN transactions encoded and approved for the paygroup that they have been assigned to encode.
