To clear your cache in Google Chrome, please follow these steps:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select "Settings" and then go to "Privacy and security".
- Click on "Clear browsing data".
- Choose "Cached images and files", ensure the Time range is set to "All time", then click "Clear data".
- Restart Chrome and try accessing the screen again.

- Log in to myHR.
- Press F12 on your keyboard. A side panel will appear. Navigate to the Console tab.
- While keeping the Console tab open, scroll through the myHR screen, click on the affected screen, and fill in the required information.
- Take a full-page screenshot of the Console tab and send it to us so we can review any error codes that may appear.
