TO ADD:


Step 1: Go to SAF > Organization Set up > Job Title.


Check the bottom part of the list of Job Titles to identify the recently created Job Title Code, ensuring that the new Job Title is assigned the next consecutive number.


Step 2: After identifying the last created Job Title Code, click on +Add New.



Step 3: You may click on Copy from to copy existing Job Title and update/add Paygroup set up or you may manually fill out desired fields, then click Save.


TO UPDATE:


Step 1: Step 1: Go to SAF > Organization Set up > Job Title. Then, click +Update



Step 2: Select Job Title in the Load from. Then, edit what needs to be edited and/or you may add as many types of Pay Group as possible for the selected Job Title. Then, click Update.
