We are excited to share that a software update release is scheduled for May 25, from 6:00 PM to 12:00 MN. This update introduces several enhancements and fixes:
- Enhanced validation of leave balance for files within a date range.
- Allow new process in auto schedule - compute payroll in between the initial and final compute payroll.
- Optimization of screen loading for PAN Change Approver.
- Improvement on screen display for leave.
- Removal of middle names in the display of birthdays in People > Social Feed.
- Addition of "Others" in COE purpose under HR admin access request report.
- Addition of markings of required fields in encoding data in Paytan.
- Addition of Default approver in AEF Approver, similar to PAN Default approver.
- Addition of additional courses in course dropdown.
- Addition of English label on header of Annex F Report.
- Addition of English label on header of 2316 & Alphalist excel report.
- Introduction of new report for reconciling 1601-C.
- Introduction of new report for reference on reconciling statutory deductions.
Fixes:
- Addition of missing newly unused paycode in payslip summary screen.
- Update eligibility date on leave ledger for resigned employees to match their resignation date.
- Sorting of time pairing for flexi break feature (bugfix for specific client).
