This orientation is aimed at myHR administrators, who directly communicate their support needs with Titanium Technologies. who have never been formally trained to use a ticketing system, or who may need a refresher in terms of getting product support from the Helpdesk.


The flow of this course is based on the user intentions of administrators. By the time the participant has viewed and understood the array of user intentions, he/she is expected to be able:


  1. Recognize the available product support channels for getting help on myHR,

  2. Observe the standard procedures in raising support tickets and requesting standard activities, and

  3. Properly operate on the functionality of the Helpdesk Portal.
