Email Notification #1:

Email Notification #2:

Received any of the email notifications above and wondering what it is all about?

Of the many ways our system is designed to protect against unauthorized access is to send an email notification when there is a failed login attempt to the user account involved. When the user receives this notification, it does not mean the user tried to log in. It only means someone tried to log in using the account specified but was not successful.

We consider this a successful warning as that means the actual user has been warned. The next action would be to change one's password, just to ensure the account is secure.

However, it is also possible that someone tried to log in without malicious intent, but rather simply encoded the wrong ID Number, especially if your company ID Number is sequential and it could have been a typographical error.

There is nothing to worry about if there are no more subsequent failed logins or if there is no activity in your account on that day, as reflected on your logs.

To put your mind at ease, you can change passwords right away for security.
