Step 1. Login to myHR: https://secure.myhr.asia/
Step 2. Go to SAF.


Step 3. Click “Company Set up”


Step 4. Select “Assign System Role”


Step 5. Once selected, you’d be directed to this screen then type the employee name that you will remove access to system role.


Step 6. To remove a system role, just tick on the green colored box associated to the role assigned to the employee. The HR Admin Should return to gray once ticked:


Step 7. When done removing system role/s, just click the save button.


Step 8. Once saved, a prompt message will appear then just click OK.


NOTE: Once done with removing a system role, please advise the employee to logout and re-login to see the changes.
