This major release adds a validation process on the effectivity date per setting if the adjustment trigger is beyond the hiring date.
An example of this is when a holiday was late encoded/added due to the government's last-minute proclamation, and the encoding activity came before the employee was hired. Now, there should be no adjustment inserted beyond the hire date of the employee.
