By design concept, our existing report called PHIC EPRS File Uploader has been showing the bracketed salary indicated in the PHIC Contribution Schedule.
In our upcoming enhancement targeted to be released toward the end of February, the existing report/s will be renamed to the following, to indicate that they will show the bracketed salaries when generated:
PHIC EPRS File Uploader (Bracketed Salary)
PHIC EPRS File Uploader V2 (Bracketed Salary)
PHIC RF-1 Monthly Employer s Remittance Report FEB2014 (Bracketed Salary)
Included in the development item, and as our response to client needs to display the employees’ actual salaries, we are going to 1) create new PHIC EPRS File Uploader reports to show the actual salaries, and 2) name the new reports as follows:
PHIC EPRS File Uploader (Actual Salary)
PHIC EPRS File Uploader V2 (Actual Salary)
PHIC RF-1 - Monthly Employer s Remittance Report FEB2014 (Actual Salary)
As for the filenames of the generated Excel reports, we assure you that they will be compliant with the required format of the PHIC EPRS.
For the reports showing the actual salaries, these will only appear on the list of reports that can be generated upon submission of a signed request form for access control, showing that you need such report/s, and the user role that you wish the report access to be associated with.

The target release date is on or before February 28, 2023. A separate announcement will be cascaded once the testing of the enhancement is completed.
