We have observed that not all myHR users are subscribed to our mailing list, which consequently hinders them from receiving news of our new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. To increase user awareness of our release notes, we came up with the Release Note Widget.


This is a lightweight text box being displayed in the right portion of the Dashboard that contains "This version was last updated on {Release Date and Time}." 

  • The {Release Date and Time} updates itself every time enhancements and bug fixes are released to the user's live database. It is also set as a hyperlink that when clicked, routes the user to our publicly available Release Notes page, where all our past and current release notes are published (like this one!).
  • Company or account-specific releases (i.e. bug fixes) can only be viewed on the Release Notes page when the user has his/her own active customer profile on our Helpdesk Portal. The user may sign up for one using his/her work email address, or request for Helpdesk profile activation from helpdesk@titanium.ph


How to Activate the Release Note Widget for Your Users

  • To activate the release note widget on your database/account, send a signed request form over to helpdesk@titanium.ph and indicate which role/s need to see it. Activation of the release note widget is free of charge.
