This is intended to correct the display of approvers in the Clearance V2 Summary. The routing of the clearance to the clearing departments and approvers is not affected and remains correct.

Before the release: The approver showing in the "Completed" tab is the HR or maker.

Now, the approver showing in the "Completed" tab is the immediate supervisor (IS).
