1. Enhancement: Set Previous Employer Information 2.0 Added the following fields on the screen (PAN > Employee Information > Set Previous Employer Information): - Previous Employer Employment Status
- Previous Employer Tax Type
- Previous Employer Separation Reason
- Previous Employer Non-Taxable Basic SMW (MWE)
- Previous Employer Non-Taxable Holiday Pay (MWE)
- Previous Employer Non-Taxable Overtime Pay (MWE)
- Previous Employer Non-Taxable Night Shift Differential (MWE)
- Previous Employer Non-Taxable Hazard Pay (MWE)
- Previous Employer Non-Taxable 13th Month Pay (Only 90K and below should be treated as non taxable)
- Previous Employer Non-Taxable De Minimis
- Previous Employer Non-Taxable SSS, PHIC, HDMF, UNION DUES
- Previous Employer Non-Taxable Salaries
- Previous Employer Taxable Basic Salary
- Previous Employer Taxable 13th Month Pay

2. Enhanced the following reports to include the new fields from Set Previous Employer Information 2.0:- PHRP0604014 Alphalist of Employees From Whom Taxes Withheld(Exempt/Non-Exempt) V7.2020
- PHRP0604006 BIR Form 2316 (FORMATTED) - Employers Certificate of Compensation (Exempt/Non-Exempt) V01.2018
3. Corrected the formula for the "AMOUNT OF TAX WITHHELD AS ADJUSTED" (box 17) for the Alphalist Version 7.0 report using the following conditons:- for employees that don't have previous employers the expected result should be tax due in box 14 is equal to tax withheld as adjusted in box 17.
- for employees that have previous employers the expected result should be the amount of the tax due in box 14 is greater than the amount in tax withheld as adjusted in box 17.
