This is an advisory that raw time records captured by Titanium's Time Sentinel biometrics time recorders may take up to 3 hours before it reflects on the Raw Time screen in a worst-case scenario.
By design, data is transmitted in real-time to our Time Sentinel Data Collection Server. However, a slight delay may be added due to the volume of transactions and the quality of cellular connectivity.
After collection, we transfer data from the Collection Server to the myHR system to be shown on the employee's screen. This transfer is done once every hour. Now, depending on if the previous collection was done on time or not, it's possible that data of, say, 8:00-8:59 might miss the 9:00 transfer and instead be transferred on the next hour at 10:00. This is the nature of the design of the system which prioritizes self-healing capability to allow data to be transferred eventually in cases of transmission delays.
Having said that, we do a full-sweep every 24hrs to ensure that any late-transmitted data are reuploaded to employee records.
