Here's a wrap up of what we've been improving for you lately!
Coming Soon!
Soon-to-be delivered enhancement on all subscriptions with the Movement Feature:
The list of options under Movement is being coded to show it in alphabetical order. The video shows the old list.
The new Movement list after coding is completed (DEV-25279) will show in this order:
Conversion
Promotion
Regularization
Salary
Transfer
Transaction
That's one of the good stuff we have in store for you!
This week, we have released four more enhancements on selected myHR modules (as indicated below).
Enhancements:
1. Improved visibility of attendance records (DEV-25438)
Modules Improved: Time and Attendance
Previously, the view of attendance records may not be loading properly due to limited access control. In the Attendance and Timecard screen, we now have imposed a better way to check for your access control (i.e. departmental access).
2. Improved case sensitivity and error logging (DEV-25309, DEV-25310)
Modules Improved: AEF | Upload
If an uploaded AEF has been system validated to contain a company ID number that does not exist on the account, the upload will not push through and will be lodged on the error logs.
We also took the time to improve the case sensitivity of the company ID number for its column.
3. Leave Crediting of a Specific Day (DEV-24878)
Modules Improved: Leave
Previously, the leave crediting method did not support citing (or manually typing) a specific day. Now, the system supports citing a specific day as the start date
4. Report Headers Appearing on XLS and PDF file formats (DEV-24758)
Modules Improved: Report | ALI Report
When generating reports in xls and pdf, we have aligned the report headers to show the same company ID on both formats.
Bug Fix:
1. Hire Date Anniversary on a Leap Year (DEV-24878)
Modules Affected: Leave | Crediting Method
While we were working on the leave crediting setup, we stumbled on a hard error when it comes to hiring date anniversaries falling on a leap year, so we fixed that too (DEV-24878). We wouldn't want to have any problems with your hire date anniversaries falling on a leap year, would we? That definitely calls for a celebration!
