Step 1. Login to myHR: https://secure.myhr.asia/
Step 2. Go to SAF.
Step 3. Click “Company Set up”
Step 4. Select “Assign System Role”
Step 5. Once selected, you’d be directed to this screen then type the employee name that you will give access to system role.
Step 6. To assign a system role, just tick the role you want to assign to an employee. Should be like this once ticked (it will turn into green):
Step 7. When done assigning system role/s, just click the save button.
Step 8. Once saved, a prompt message will appear then just click OK.
NOTE: Once done assigning a system role, please advise the employee to logout and relogin to see the changes.
