How to approve AEF Approval forms using the AEF Approver role:
Upon filing of Attendance Exception Form employees designated approver will receive notification via email and the myHR site that there is a form pending for approval. This document contains instruction on how to do the following:
- SECTION 1. Going to the Forms Approval Screen
- SECTION 2. Navigating through the Forms Approval Screen
- SECTION 3. Approving/Disapproving Per Form View
- SECTION 4. Approving/Disapproving By Batch View
- SECTION 5. How to Undo Approval/Disapproval?
IMPORTANT GUIDELINE:
- All forms approval status must be finalized before attendance cut-off. Any change beyond cut-off would result to adjustment in attendance.
- For forms with multiple levels of approval. The second level approver would only receive the form after the first level approver has approved the form.

This form approval option is set as default.

Once a form is approved/disapproved the approver has the option to undo the action taken.
NOTE:
- You may only undo forms while on the Detail Form view.
